Moisture Damage Isn’t a Small Problem. It’s a Costly One

Humidity, condensation, and environmental exposure quietly degrade electronics, machinery, and sensitive components long before failure becomes visible. Corrosion sets in. Performance drops. Warranties are challenged. And for government suppliers, non-compliance can delay or derail entire contracts.

The problem isn’t awareness. It’s finding protection that is proven, certified, and dependable across the entire supply chain.

MIL-SPEC Desiccants You Can Trust

Desiccare’s Unit Pak® desiccants are engineered to meet or exceed military and industry specifications, delivering consistent moisture control from storage to final deployment. No guesswork. No shortcuts. Just reliable protection that passes inspection.

What Changes When Moisture Is No Longer a Risk

Equipment arrives dry, intact, and ready for use.

Sensitive electronics maintain performance and shelf life.

Packaging meets MIL-SPEC requirements without added paperwork headaches.

Supply chains run smoother, with fewer failures, delays, or returns.

Government contracts become easier to fulfill and renew.

Addressing Key Concerns

We understand your concerns. Here's what you need to know.

We already use desiccants. Why switch?

Because not all desiccants are MIL-SPEC certified. Unit Pak® eliminates uncertainty during inspections.

Compliance is complicated.

Not with Desiccare. Our products are designed to simplify regulatory requirements, not add to them.

We need custom guidance.

That’s exactly what our customer service team is trained to provide.

We’re working on a tight budget.

Multiple fill and substrate options allow you to balance performance and cost effectively.

Fill Options to Suit Every Application

  • Clay

Montmorillonite clay is a naturally occurring adsorbent material that is non-toxic and practical for a wide range of applications.

  • Silica Gel

Silica gel is the most commonly used desiccant, mainly due to its high adsorption capacity at normal conditions. Silica gel is an amorphous form of synthetically manufactured silicon dioxide.

  • Molecular Sieve

Molecular sieve is a manufactured zeolite that is full of small pores that are designed to adsorb specific sizes of molecules. The most common pore size is 4A, designed for the water molecule.

Choose From Multiple Substrate Options

  • Tyvek

    SUPERIOR DURABILITY

Tyvek is extremely strong and hard to tear, and is FDA-approved for direct food contact. If you need a more affordable option for non-food applications, choose our kraft option. For large scale non-food applications choose our Sewn Bag option that comes with hanging strings.

  • Kraft

    AFFORDABLE

Kraft is our most budget-conscious substrate, delivering effective protection at a great price. For food applications, use our Tyvek option which is FDA-approved for direct food contact. For large scale non-food applications choose our Sewn Bag option that comes with hanging strings.

  • Sewn Cloth Bag

    HEAVY DUTY

Our sewn bag substrate is the ideal solution for large scale non-food applications, with sizes up to 80 units. The sewn bag offers even more durability than our heat-sealed tyvek and kraft substrates and the open weave allows air to penetrate at a faster rate. If you need a more affordable option for non-food applications, choose our kraft option. For food applications, use our Tyvek option which is FDA-approved for direct food contact.

Protect Your Products. Protect Your Contracts.

When failure isn’t an option, your packaging shouldn’t be a gamble. Choose the desiccant solution trusted by those who can’t afford mistakes.
