Remove Ethylene gas exposure when storing

Extend the life of your fruits and vegetables by naturally slowing down the ripening process. Ethylene gas contributes to premature ripening and spoilage of food. Some produce are high ethylene gas producers and others are highly sensitive to ethylene gas exposure. If ethylene gas is not removed, it will accelerate the ripening process of these sensitive fruits and vegetables.
